Product Description
Lingonberry is a low growing and spreading (up to 20cm/8in) bush, which is well suited to our northern climates and is also known in the UK as the cowberry or mountain cranberry. Lingonberry bushes are heavier cropping than cranberry and the tart berries are great in jams, juices and sauces. Perfect for tubs as well as the fruit garden, lingonberries often appear in late July and September following delicate white blossom.
The 2ltr plants are, on average, a year older than 9cm potted varieties and due to the larger pot, the roots have more room to grow and develop which in turn allows them to absorb more nutrition, resulting in stronger and healthier plants.
