Product Description

Slug Nematodes are microscopic parasitic worms which seek out all slug's species above and below ground then feed and multiply inside the slug and stop them feeding on your plants within a week. Nematodes are naturally found in the soil, by using this product you are simply topping it up.
- One application gives 6 weeks control.- One packet treats 40sq.m.
- It is safe to use and harmless to children, pets, birds, and wildlife.
- Recommended Minimum soil temperature is 5°C (41°F).
- Recommended outdoor application months: February/March - October.
- Nematodes can survive the odd frost. Don't worry if the temperature falls after you have applied the nematodes.
- Soil or compost must be moist before and for at least 2 weeks after application, avoid waterlogging.-
Apply during evenings or dull conditions to avoid full sunlight.
- Must be stored in refrigerator and used within best before date stated, do not freeze.
- Please note these are a live product and have an expiry date usually about 2 weeks, expiry date printed on the packet, non-returnable.
- Do not use chemical insecticides during the use of nematodes.

Nematodes products contain Nematodes (microscopic worms) which are renowned biological control products, providing many benefits over traditional gardening chemicals and are a key ally for organic gardeners. All products are simple to apply, and safe to use and harmless to children, pets, birds, and wildlife.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a live product and needs to be used upon receipt. Use entire packet at one time and do not store made up solution. The entire spray solution should be applied once mixed. Use as soon as possible upon delivery. Usual expiry date is around two weeks once you receive the nematodes. The product comes complete with instructions. Apply using a watering can with a coarse rose or nematode applicator. Apply to moist soil and make sure the soil remains moist for at least two weeks after applying nematodes. Nematodes can survive the odd frost. Apply early morning or late evening to minimize the effect of heat and sunlight.
